Enhancement: Stale issues/PRs notifications

As a product owner, I want to ensure that stale issues are handled and either being worked on closed. Some stale reminder or workflow will help a lot.

Acceptance Criteria:

• stale issues can be handled
• stale PRs can be handled
• SaaS solution
• free for open source or public repositories

Deliverables:

• new document created describing the solution
• PoC issues created
• account created if needed (support via @daniel-wtd)

May I suggest Create a Reminder Action in .github/workflows as PoC?

Just stumbled over actions/stale for issues & PR by Github.
Presents an extensive List of input options, e.g.:

• days-before-issue-stale
• days-before-close
• stale-issue-message
• stale-issue-label
• remove-issue-stale-when-updated

@pdq21 GitHub actions may be something, too. I will re-check

Reproduced the action and it seems to work. The action is suggested by Github if you add a new one in the actions tab.

The only problem I can see with actions: it must be added to each and every repository and if something changes, you have to edit all repositories again.
