[Enhancement] heroku

Description

As a developer, I want ot quickly test and deploy my code to ensure it is running as expected and can be reviewed. Heroku provides a nice solution for app deployments, based on different languages, repositories and code. It can also be integrated via ci.

Criteria

• check if heroku can be used and how
• document the possible options
• provide an example to deploy something automatically
• provide documentation how it can be used via cirrus-ci
