Problem
Set logging currently requires sliding/swiping to advance from one set to the next, one at a time. This adds friction mid-workout — especially during supersets, where exercises alternate back-to-back with little or no rest, and stopping to swipe through a UI between fast alternating sets breaks the pace of the training.
Proposed solution
Replace the swipe-per-set flow with a checklist-style view, pre-filled from the routine's prescribed targets:
- Regular exercise: show all of that exercise's sets at once as a list of rows, each pre-filled (grayed out) with the target reps and weight, plus a checkbox. Logging a set as prescribed is just tapping the checkbox; if the actual set differed, the value is edited first, then checked off. No swiping needed to move between sets of the same exercise.
- Superset: same row-list-with-checkbox pattern, but checking off a set automatically advances to the next exercise in the superset rotation — which then shows its own list of rows (matching its own set count), pre-filled the same way. This lets the user move through a fast alternating superset hands-free, without manually navigating between exercises mid-round.
