Display number of items in masher™ queue

I think it would be a nice little feature if we saw some kind of progress indicator within the the masher events, with each write message. For example:

masher write - ./public/_images/news/jun_2023/teraraid_items.jpg | (87/106)

The new addition being the (87/106), meaning this was the 87th item processed, out of the total 106 items.

I think this would be nice, especially for larger mashes
