Add Kaya's Pix shop to weekly vendors

I just now double guessed myself on wether I actually did this or not this week, and this seems to be one of the things a lot of people dont even know is weekly judging by the amount of posts I see of people saving up hundreds of pix to then find out they cant buy a full R5 hot shot

I've been kinda treating this as an implied part of ETA, but I can see why having a separate Kaya vendor would be valuable.

Normally I deal with Issues, does merging a PR that mentions a discussion work the same way to close it? I noticed it does not get linked as a mention in here like I wish it did.
