Re-upload failed notes?

Thanks for making this awesome tool.
I am uploading about ~1000 notes, about ~20 of them failed to upload.
I have used the --donefile parameter, if I run the program again, it seems to pick up the files that haven't been uploaded; but ignores the files that failed to upload.
Is there a way to re-upload the files that has failed in previous upload? Thanks
