Two small issues after a week of use

Hi @vlr-code, very nice app, I appreciate the design decisions around simplicity. Thank you for releasing it.

A couple thoughts I thought I'd share for your consideration:

1. It might be nice to have the option to add a space at the end of the text that is inserted. My use case is using push-to-talk, and I have to add that space manually right now after each phrase. However, I can also imagine cases where you wouldn't want to add a space.
2. The app launches into the menu bar with no Dock icon (exactly as expected). But then if I open "Settings...", then close settings, the icon remains in the Dock. Interestingly, I can get the Dock icon to go away if I open "Permissions..." and then select "Done".
