Charge complete notification stuck

This issue was present some months ago and seems back. Notification keeps persistent while finished charging at home.

Giving this and #315, are you sure you don't have some weird issue in your TM API? those are pretty weird issues

My TM instance is working fine. All data is streaming fine and collecting correctly. Or at least not seen any weird things
