Drives Tab shows trips from Yesterday when "Today" is selected

When I go to check my drive history and select today.

It shows trips from yesterday causing the drive statistics to show incorrectly.

This is most likely due to the timezone issue that was present with the "where was I on this date" as well.

In my case it is the opposite, but it seems the same effect, on both sides of Greenwich.
(I won't be able to test it until mid-June)

The PR#145 would also fix #285. It's the same bug, manifesting in reverse depending on the timezone:
Spain (UTC+2 in summer): dates are sent as 00:00:00Z (midnight UTC = 2:00 AM local) → the "Today" filter starts at 2 AM local time, missing charges from 00:00–02:00.
Canada (e.g. UTC-5): 00:00:00Z = 7 PM the previous day in local time → the "Today" filter starts yesterday afternoon, showing trips from yesterday.
The PR's fix — using an explicit timezone offset (+01:00, -05:00...) instead of Z — resolves both cases.
