Connection with basic auth returns 400 on v1.7.0

Thanks for the awesome app. It seems the issue was fixed in v1.51 (#239), but in the 1.7.0 version, it returns 400 although it's all good with curl.
There seems a cache issue as well:

• At the beginning I used the app without http auth, then I enabled auth. "Test connection" failed with 400.
• I cleared the app's storage and filled out the auth info from a clean state, "test connection" could succeed but the main page failed to find any vehicle.

The problem is that HTTP won't accept 2 Authorization headers. I filed a ticket at tobiasehlert/teslamateapi#481. As a current workaround, we can disable the API token and use the basic auth only.
