[RFE] Adding multiple pool servers

Changing pools require agent restart.

Suggestion:
1.Add multiple pools/servers in the configuration.
2. Every hour/30 minutes/ 6 hours:
Stratum ping
3. Switch to lower latency stratum automatically
4. Log change pools address
