Error when italic title are present

Hello,

When italic are present in titles, we have the following error:
```
 ./summarizeMD README.md
Generating summary for file README.md
sh: 1: repo-init/: not found
Done.
$ grep "# \`repo" README.md
### `repo-init/`
```
