Under Repro ExplorerPatcher versions, put what you get when you do this:

Please post explorer patcher version, by running EP properties application and click on About on the left side.

Press Windows + R and put these:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
if you see File Explorer (1) but don't see another one with the same name but without the (1) just rename and remove the (1) from the FIle Explorer name
That should fix your issue
