See if there is a windhawk mod that does this. |

Due to the removal of the classic Explorer menu bar, pressing the Alt key in the Control Panel's "Network Connections" window (ncpa.cpl) no longer displays the menu bar. This makes legacy features such as "New Incoming Connection" (and others like bridging, operator-assisted dialing, etc.) completely inaccessible. |

If the code has been removed, then EP probably can't do this. |

Could you reimplement the code for the classic Menu Bar in File Explorer and make an option to enable it. MicroSloth in their infinite stupidity has removed the classic menu bar code from Windows 11 File Explore. This issue remains even after disabling the ribbon UI, also in 25H2 and latter there is no option to enable the menu bar, after disabling the ribbon UI.
It would be wonderful to have a permanent return of the File Explorer classic Menu Bar via EP. With every prior capability that MicroSloth steals from end users, 3rd party programs make Windows better by returning them.
