Create XSD schema driven Metanorma document for UnitsML 1.0

Depends on:

• Ensure the gem reads UnitsML XSD lutaml/lutaml-xsd#6
• Ensure the lutaml/xsd gem (which supports to_liquid) allows access to the annotations given inside the UnitsML XSD file lutaml/lutaml-xsd#7
• Implement new lutaml_xsd command to allow accessing XSD files in Liquid metanorma/metanorma-plugin-lutaml#176
• Create new lutaml_xsd default template for rendering XSD schemas in Metanorma metanorma/metanorma-plugin-lutaml#177

Migrate the current UnitsML 1.0 document to use the new data-driven approach directly from the XSD annotations.

Here we need to use the new lutaml_xsd command to render the full "official documentation".

This document should be made into a new PR until all work gets completed.
