Feature request: Add context to external editor

git commit adds context for external editor (current git status, ---- 8< ----, actual git commit). That's very useful because it preserves context (file name, symbols to be referred to)

Would be great to have the same for Ctrl+E multi line annotation:

your annotation

goes here with examples

and other stuff
