Most (every?) site in the StackExchange family publishes XML dumps of their contents. In a previous version of Tunapanda Edubuntu I had a local archive of ask.ubuntu.com included, for example. This functionality should be re-added into the provisioning system, and could maybe be abstracted into a way to add any StackExchange site, though ask.ubuntu and stackoverflow are obvious good first choices IMO.
