Unit Testing Pi Camera Client

Want to add unit test cases for the client to test picture returns, timeouts, and other edge cases. This will likely require refactoring udp_server to mimic the behavior that camera-things does.

Off the top of my head some test cases:

• Test Timeout of Request (Should exit request after set interval)
• Test Packet loss handling (if the magic is not correct, if the defined byteSize is out of bounds)
• ...
