Hi. Do you use getCertStatusByDomain or is it just about the OCSP request itself? For the OCSP request this library uses the built-in fetch function. The latest versions of Node.js v24 do have environment variables for this: https://nodejs.org/api/cli.html#node_use_env_proxy1.
In theory you could set the global Undici dispatcher, see nodejs/node#43187 (comment).
If you would still like an option in this library, please feel free to create a pull request. Alternatively, I can consider creating one myself.

for the ocsp request itself. we are currently using the old ocsp library and we pass our http agent. Some project use https://www.npmjs.com/package/pac-proxy-agent ruling out the ability to use the standard proxy env variables.

I had a quick look at the library and it does not support fetch at the moment: TooTallNate/proxy-agents#239.
