[Bug] Streak and world record is somewhat broken

Describe the bug
Whenever global or personal server record broke it just being something like this

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Break a personal/world record

Expected behavior
It should behave normally and send record when it broke previous record
