Updated the folder-structure-overview document to reflect the removal of the Browser_IDE folder.

Tested using the preview in VS Code (Ctrl+Shift+V) and compared to the version in GitHub to make sure formatting and styling is still intact.

Very straight forward fix. You have accurately removed all references to the browser IDE and reworded sections accordingly.
