Clone, Install, Start -> Doesn’t run

I just downloaded Code App from the App Store, cloned this repo, ran ‘npm I’ and ‘npm run start’, got the output below but going to localhost:3000 showed server not available.

No idea, I stopped trying to use the app. I gave up on programming on iPad, and just use my surface
