Expose Alex options

This is a nice simple action, but it would be even better if one could control Alex's [internal configuration](https://github.com/get-alex/alex#configuration), either by looking for an `.alexrc` configuration file or passing the options directly, as the [`alex-recommends` action does](https://github.com/brown-ccv/alex-recommends#inputs).
