I've just released version 3.0.
Basically it is just an upgrade for incompatibility with angular 7. Now version 3 is for angular 7 and later while version 2.4 is for angular 2 to 6.
I would be glad if someone can take over maintenance for this project as I'm not using angular at the moment.
