PDFs are previewed as raw text

PDFs should not be previewed, or be previewed in the browser's built-in viewer if possible. Right now they try to be buffered as text.

Also, previewing a file as raw should have a size cap and be truncated to avoid crashing tabs when previewing large binaries on accident.
