"Brake" (i.e. HoldPose) in both Tele and Auto

For Tele, @explosivegamer25 wants the bot to fight to hold it in a particular location. For Auto, we want the final location to be held, so we don't do somthing silly like bounce off a wall and wind up back on the line.
