Some movies are in Radarr, others not.
Some series are in Sonarr, others not.
Issue
Radarr links are built based on TMDB ID, and Sonarr links are built based on the title (slugified).
If the movie or series is not present in Radarr / Sonarr, the link exists anyway, but will land on a 404 page.
