Sass API for Spacing and Boxes (grid)

At the moment, it is not possible to set a spacing e.g space-bottom-2x in your sass files. Only html api helpers exists. In some circumstances, we need a sass api as well, for example in breakpoints.

Approach:

• @include hill-space("bottom-{multiplier}");
• @include hill-box("1/3");
