Drop-down menu difficult to use

Hey I'm on a Windows 10 PC using Chrome and the hover drop-downs appear but when I move the mouse to go into the menus, it stops "hovering" over the parent button, thus making the menu disappear.

Update: it's only the "About" tab and if you mouse over the little triangle the menu goes away.

if you go over the "disconnected" area it is fine

Note: This doesn't happen on Macs. Therefore, I am unable to test or fix this. Someone who has a PC running Windows 10 will need to.

I have a Windows 10 and I just checked that. I opened the page in Google Chrome, but I don't see any issue.
