This is Step 7 of the implementation plan.
Required changes
Replace all occurrences of transaction-aggregation-decisioning-processor with event-adjudicator in the following files:
Technical/nats-usage.mdTechnical/processor-startup-config-registry.mdGuides/upstream-and-downstream-integration-guide.mdTechnical/Environment-Setup/Node-JS-CI-Workflow-Documentation.md
Also update any references to the old frmscoe org URL in these files if encountered.
