I was just looking at some old logs and there is no record of the later-set coordinates other than the filename. I.e., if you load a config file with coordinates in it, but then change the coordinates to run a new sightline, there is no record of the new coordinates in the log file, other than in the filename the catalog is written to. This is potentially confusing as the config file gets written into the log along with the apparently wrong coordinates.
