Using user data to refine the cryolithe pre-trained model

Hello,

I noticed the option to train using user data was added. I was curious if it was now possible (or a future implementation), to fine tune the cryolithe model (cryolithe_pixel) with user data. From what I can see it seems the current option is just for training/generating your own model using only the user provided data.

Yes, finetuning is possible. You need to create a config file (you can follow docs/sample_model_training.yaml for the template).

Then place the model you want to finetune in the output directory, named checkpoint.pth.
When running the training command, add the --load-checkpoint flag:

cryolithe train-model --config path/to/yaml --load-checkpoint

Hope this helps. Note that this uses the trained model as initialization and runs the training from there.
