Hitboxes for input clicks on options screen are too small

Steps to recreate:

1. Open interface screen
2. Select AddOns tab
3. Select NeonSign
4. Try clicking in the upper parts of the text input fields

Result:
Input field does not get focus.

Expected result:
Input field should get focus whenever clicking any part of the graphical element.
