[Roadmap] Hosted Lab auth prototype (post-spike)

Wave: Later — Cloud (Mar–Jun 2027)

Effort: M (2–3 days) — still deliberately thin

Optional follow-on after cloud spike: minimal hosted Lab shell with org login (read-only dashboards). Ship only if spike says go.

• Spike decision = go
• Auth (reuse GitHub OAuth patterns)
• Read-only Overview + Issues for one demo org
• Feature flag / separate package so OSS CLI stays offline-first
• Security review checklist

Depends on

• Hosted DNA Cloud design spike

Acceptance

• Prototype cannot write to customer repos
• CLI Lab remains default path

Why still bounded

Demo-quality hosted read path, not full SaaS.
