[Roadmap] Lab Overview friction signals from 4xx/slow

Add Overview widgets: top slow routes + top 4xx paths from runtime envelopes (friction, not just errors).

Deliverables

• Aggregate slow/4xx from runtime.db
• Overview cards + short copy linking to product-diagnose stem
• API + unit test
• Lab analytics doc update

Acceptance

• Empty data → hidden or empty state
• Fixture DB shows at least one friction row
