[Roadmap] DNA MCP server: context + doctor

Official MCP server exposing dna_context and dna_doctor tools wrapping CLI.

Deliverables

• packages/dna-mcp (or bin) with stdio transport
• Tools: context(target), doctor(--json)
• README with Cursor/Claude MCP config snippet
• Smoke test

Acceptance

• MCP client can call context and get non-empty text for a fixture project

Why small

Two tools only; thin CLI wrapper.
