[Roadmap] Lab factory plan approve / reject

Lab UI to list factory plan artifacts and mark approved|rejected (writes status into plan file / store).

Deliverables

• /labs/factory tab listing plans
• Approve / Reject buttons → POST API
• Status visible in list
• Guard: no execute without approval (CLI checks status)
• Basic UI test or API unit test

Depends on

• dna factory run --dry-run

Acceptance

• Rejected plan cannot be “executed” by a future factory execute command (stub check ok)

Why small

Status flag only; full factory execute is out of scope.
