I built ORCH — an open-source CLI orchestrator for AI agent teams. If you use Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor while developing, ORCH coordinates them as a team:

npm install -g @oxgeneral/orch

orch agent add "architect" --adapter claude
orch agent add "coder" --adapter codex

orch task add "Design new feature" -p 1 --assignee architect
orch task add "Implement feature" -p 2 --assignee coder --scope "src/**"

Key features: State machine (todo→in_progress→review→done), scope locking, inter-agent messaging, zero infrastructure (YAML/JSON)
