MMR difference

I sometime have a 1 point MMR difference between the game and SGW. My guess is that they might be using "floor" instead of "round" to get an integer.
I guess it would be worth switching to have things be in sync.

Yeah imho this should happen at the API level so it is consistent across all tools and apps. @reneklacan
