That is the hats-tools, you mean cannot extract from the downloaded zip? i am afk cannot check the code, on vacation , i will check the function later

Yes, the hats-tool, my bad, should open the issue on hats-tool, basically what I am saying is that after I fetch the hats pack, it didnt cache it next time I want to install the same pack, I need to redownload again.
