Possible to run complications on top of the app? (in normal or "jelbrek'd" watchOS)

(Disclaimer: I know nothing about writing for watchOS, and don't even have an A-Watch currently) Is it possible to render complications on top of an application? Could SpriteKitWatchFace be used to completely replace the watch display itself?
