About full synchronization code and preprocessed dataset release

It is a very impressive and inspiring work.

I have been carefully reviewing both the repository and the paper. While the preprocessing components (e.g., segmentation, tracking, and pose estimation with VGGT) are available, I was unable to locate the core synchronization optimization implementation described in the paper.

In addition, the download link for the preprocessed dataset mentioned in the repository appears to be unavailable.

I would kindly like to ask:

Whether the full synchronization optimization code (Stage 1 & Stage 2) will be released publicly.

Whether the preprocessed dataset used in the experiments will be made available (or if the download link could be updated).

If possible, whether there is an estimated timeline for releasing the complete end-to-end pipeline.

I fully understand that preparing research code for public release requires significant time and effort, and I truly appreciate your contributions to the community. Thank you very much in advance for your clarification.

Hi, I also would like more information on the expected data format. Is there instructions on how to produce the frames used in the rgb folders from full videos to match the expected parameters like --sample etc., and did I miss if there is a code somewhere to produce this folder format from a video. I am guessing I can use ffmpeg but I'd like to not screw up the parameters as I am not familiar with all the foundation models in the pipeline this is great learning for me.
