store repo in swarm for a codebase

we ingest a repo and store in graph db, it would be cool to also store the cloned codebase.

we can have a bash tool that directly bashes on the swarm itself.

• agent + bash tool for file search
• agent + graph tool for graph search

let the agent decide

• clone and store
• update to master by pulling/syncing

• hive quick stuff, do we NEED a pod (probably not)
• hive code changes, we can do on the pod directly (goose)
