Based on discussions in #2 @jeztucker and I decided it may be worthwhile to rewrite the aging tcpdump-watch.sh script into a more robust python script. This issue has been opened to track that enhancement and any relevant tasks to complete the enhancement as we work towards it.
I will cherry pick relevant commits from the downstream Red Hat repo for this project so that the repo matches this upstream one. Once this enhancement has been completed, I will "archive" the shell scripts into their own shells branch.
