Car Charging Plan max price still in pence

I saw a PR a while ago regarding the change for Pence.

Describe the bug

[Car Charging Plan max price](http://192.168.1.100:5052/entity?entity_id=input_number.predbat_car_charging_plan_max_price) is still in 'p', so I can't enter 0,14 => cent EUR

Predbat version: v8.40.8
