Describe the bug
When setting up iBoost, and enabling switch.predbat_iboost_gas_export, i expect iboost to still run when it makes economic sense and predbat is charging the battery - i.e. it's not exporting anyway. This is not happening. Turning switch.predbat_iboost_gas_export off schedules it.
Expected behaviour
I expect switch.predbat_iboost_gas_export to only turn on iboost if gas is more expensive than export or if predbat has decided to charge the battery - it's not going to export anyway so why is the gas price relevant at this point?
Predbat version
v8.40.6
Environment details
- Inverter and battery setup
Fox
- Standard HAOS installer or Docker
Docker
- Anything else?
Immersion heater (as iboost) ev.

And this is with switch.predbat_iboost_gas_export disabled.

Thank you for predbat - it's awesome. Would love some more iboost docs though - especially around solar!
