Potential enhancement for Personal Libraries addon

As discussed here, I think that it would be nice if users of the Personal Libraries addon could download and import libraries from a centralized repository, perhaps on the Mojavesoft-Group org (I can create it for you if you want).

@e016 When you find the time, would you please go on the revert-6-revert-4-personal-libraries branch and see if you can get this feature implemented? It would be much-appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I think so, although I'm trying to make the addon enable/disable.
