unable to determine Go import path

Hi,
today I tried to rebuild Docker image and the following error appeared

protoc-gen-go: unable to determine Go import path for "rds.proto"

Please specify either:
• a "go_package" option in the .proto source file, or
• a "M" argument on the command line.

I tried to fix it on my own, but I failed
