Expected Result
In SPT 4.0, when users uninstall a mod adding custom items and/or traders the server marks the profile as invalid and gives instructions to modify \SPT_Data\configs\core.json. The most common issue this causes is users leave removeModItemsFromProfile and removeInvalidTradersFromProfile enabled, which gives them the false impression further content mod removals will not have any effect on their profile, where in reality they are compounding any issues this might cause. The potential issue this might cause is either users editing the core.json incorrectly, or incentivizing further edits to SPT_Data files.
My suggestion is to add a way to either the new launcher or the SIC to do this. Ideally it would be a one-time toggle that would warn the user of its potential to not work, and recommending reinstalling the mod as the best approach to keep using the profile, which wouldn't stay enabled on subsequent mod uninstalls.
Another approach would be to have the server run the removals automatically with a message informing of its potential consequences. As the process risks breaking profiles it would need a way of either creating a backup or a copy of profiles before the removals so users can always go back to it and reinstall the removed mod instead.
