Problem Statement
Mod Authors with many published mods have no way to highlight the mods they are most proud of or want other users to see first when going onto their profile. New releases alongside older releases are displayed in the same order (??), which is making it difficult to showcase their favorite mods
Proposed Solution
Allow users to pin one or multiple mods to the top of their Profile > X Mods.
Pinned mods would always appear in the first row(s) and display a small pin icon to indicate they have been featured by the author or label (similar to featured) with a different color than the Featured label is using.
